Policies of Sea Insurance.
For every policy of Insurance or other Instrument vfhereby any in-
surance shall be made upon any Ship or Vessel, or goods on board thereof,
or any interest in or relating to any Ship or Vessel insured for or upon
any voyage other than a voyage from any port or place in the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, or in the islands of Guernsey,
Jersey, Alderney or Sark, or the Isle of Man, to any other port or
place in the said kingdom or islands, vphere the premium for such insur-
ance, actually paid or contracted for, shall not exceed the rate of 15s.
per cent, on the sum insured ; if the same does not exceed £100 — Is. 3d.
And if the sum insured shall exceed £100, then for every £100, or
any fractional part thereof — Is. 3d.
And where premium for such insurance, actually paid or contracted
for, shall exceed the rate of 15s. per cent, and shall not exceed the rate
of 30s. per cent, on the sum insured.
If the sum insured shall not exceed £100 — 2s. 6d.
And if the sum insured shall exceed £100, then for every £100, or
any fractional part thereof — 2s. 6d.
