Interests, and Policies of Assurance, and in granting Loans on the Security thereof.

Reversions in Landed Property, or in the Funds or other Securities, whether vested or contingent.
Life Interests, whether in possession or reversion.
Policies of Assurance on Lives.
They are also prepared to grant —
Loans upon the Security of Reversions at an Annual Interest, or repayable by Instalments, or
by way of Deferred Charge payable when the Reversion emerges ; and upon Life Interests
and Policies of Assurance.

per cent, of the obligations to the Public — an unusually high percentage of security.
Loans on Heritable Security, and repayable in whole or in part by Instalments, are granted on
moderate terms. No Commission, or increased Interest in respect of rise in Bank Rate, is charged.
