A collection of 80 socialist and anti-war pamphlets, published in the 20th century. There are a number of items relating to the Spanish Civil War and the Peace Movement. The collection was largely formed by J Macnaughton, after whom it is named.

The books have been catalogued individually and have the shelfmark 'MNA.'.

Acquisition

The collection was presented in 1994 by Mr Alexander Wood, former leader of Edinburgh District Council.
