BN Monday the 25 th Inffcant, the Livery-Men of the City of* London in
Common-Hall Alfembled, proceeded to the Election of Four Citizens
to ferve for this City in the next enfuing Parliament^ My Lord Mayor
and all the Aldermen (except the Two Sheriffs) were put in Nomination^
together with Sir Edmund Harrijbn, Gilbert Heathcote, Efcfc Commoners, dta*
and there appearing upon View a very great Majority for Sir ‘Robert Clayton> Sir
William JJhhurJi, Sir Thomas Abney, late Lord Mayors Aldermen 5 and Gilbert Heathcotct
Efq^ Commoners, the Sheriffs, without any Hefitation, declared them all Four Duly
Ele&ed. Upon which a Poll was Demanded for Sir John Fleet, Sir John Houblon, Sir
Richard Levett, Sir John Parfins9 and Sir Charles Duncomb, Knights and Aldermen*
which began on Tuefdayi and continued Wednefday and Thurfday ; On Thurfday
Night Declaration was made the Poll fhouldbe clofed on Friday Noon, which was
accordingly done, and the Votes were as follows.
