LIVERPOOL COLLEGE
War Memorial Entrance Scholarships.
The Wai Memorial Scholarship Fund provides free admission
for a certain number of boys, being sons \A Commissioned Officers killed
or entirely disabled while on service with any arm of H.M. Forces during
the recent War, or, if Old Liverpool College Boys, while on service
in any rank.
The Johnston War Memorial Scholarships can be held concurrently
wich these Scholarships.

THE BOARD OF TRADE JOURNAL.
ESTABLISHED IN 1886.
The " Board of Trade Journal " has been altered in form and greatly
increased in scope as from Jan. 3, 1918. It covers the activities of the
Board of Trade as well as those of the Department of Overseas Trade
(Development and Intelligence). It contains each week a number of
Special Articles, Notes on Trade, and letters from Trade Commissioners,
Commercial Attaches, and Consular Officers abroad. Government Notices
affecting Trade, Openings for British Trade, and Alterations in Customs
Regulations and Tariffs are also given. Business men, who mnst keep
closely in touch with all Government Measures daring the period of
Reconstruction, will find the " Journal " indispensable.
The " Journal " is of foolscap size, with double columns, and is
in the form of a weekly commercial newspaper. It can be purchased as
indicated on the first page of the cover of the Navy List, or through
any Bookstall. Price 6<i. (post free 6Jd.) weekly. Annual subscription,
including postage, £1 Is. 6d. in the United Kingdom, and £1 11*. 6d.

Description | These lists covering 1913, 1914, 1918, 1919, 1920, 1939 and 1940 were produced monthly. From mid-1870 to March 1924 navy lists were released both quarterly and monthly. The complete series at the National Library of Scotland runs from August 1870 to June 1940, but does not include monthly lists for those months covered by quarterly lists. |
