COLONIAL COURTS OP ADMIRALTY.
By the Act 63 & 54 Vict., c. 27, which, save as therein provided, came into operation generally
>n the 1st July 1891 , all the Vice-Admiralty Courts in British Possessions abroad were abolished,
ind Admiralty jurisdiction was given to every Court of law in a British Possession which should
! or the time being be declared in pursuance of the Act to be a Court of Admiralty, or which, in
ihe absence of any such declaration, should have original unlimited civil jurisdiction therein.
