Crest. — The Globe surrounded by a Laurel wreath and surmounted by the Crowned Lion and Crown with
" Gibraltar " on a scroll. The Foul Anchor imposed on the wreath below the Globe. Motto — " Per Mare
Per Terram."
The King's Colour. — The Union. In the centre the Fo»il Anchor with the Imperial Cypher interlaced ensigned
with the Imperial Crown and " Gibraltar" above ; in base the Globe surroundM by a Laurel wreath.
Motto — " Per Mare Per Terram."
The Regimental Colour. — Blue. In the centre the Foul Anchor interlaced with the Royal Cypher "G.R. IV.'
ensif^ed with the Imperial Crown and " Gibraltar " above ; in base the Glob^ surrounded by a Laurel wreath.
Motto — " Per Mare Per Terram.' 'In the dexter canton the Union, in the remaining three comers the Imperial
Cypher.
