THE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION
Founded by the late Field- Marsh-il Earl Haig.
Registered under the War Charities Act, 1916.

The general policy of the Association is to promote the well-being of all who have
held His Majesty's Commission, and of their wives, widows and dependants; to relieve
distress from causes arising out of the War so far as funds permit, and wherever
possible, to make the recipient of relief self-supporting. Applications for assistance
are also dealt with from disabled ex-nurses of the Pensionable Services. The
Association has free Legal and Financial Advice and Claims and Pensions Bureaux,
and a Clothing Store at London Headquarters, and an Employment Bureau for
ex-officers and their sons and daughters at 20, Grosvenor Gardens, London, S.W.I.
The Association endeavours generally to co-ordinate the activities of the various
societies which are in existence for the beneGt of ex-officers and their families.
Officers are invited to become Subscribers, Annual Subscribers and Life
Subscribers to the Officers' Association. The Annual Subscription is 10s. 6d., Life
Subscription is £5 5s. All units and individual officers are invited to subscribe, and
cash donations as well as gifts of clothing of all sorts, will be gratefully received.

This Home Is for Officers and ez-Offlcera of the Royal Navy, A.rmy (Including Territorial
Army) and Royal Air Force who must be, or become, members of The Officers' Association.
No charge whatever is made for maintenance or nursing, but patients are responsible for
the payment of their physicians, surgeons and treatment. Patients may select any physician
or surgeon to attend them.
Officers wlslilng to be admitted, or requiring further information, should write to The Matron
or call between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
U. & R.M. WARRANT OFRCERS' BENEVOLENT FUND
The object of this Fund is to alleviate cases of distress that may arise among
Warrant Officers of the RoyaJ Navy and Royal Marines.
Officers eligible for assistance are " All Officers of and from Warrant Rank under
the Rank of Lieutenant."
The general work of the Fund ia carried out by the local Branch Conncils
of the Benevolent Associations at Chatham, Portsmouth and Devonport, who
forward their recommendations to a Central Council at the Admiralty consisting of : —
