Notb 1.— In Review Oraer Swords will not be worn hooked up by dismounted officers;, except when
carrying the colours. The Scabbard will be hooked up when the Sword le drawn. The gilt curb
chain will be worn with the helmet when serving ashore ; when afloat, whenever the metal ball is
worn by Gnards of Honour, etc., see p. 8406.
NOTB 2.— The Tassels of the sash are to be )nst behind the front sling of the Sword Belt.
Note 3.— On all occasions when the "Sam Browne " belt is worn at least one brace will always be worn
with the belt. The frog will only be worn when the sword Is worn.
