and is not subject to reduction under Art. 843 of the King's
Regulations.
Lieutenants and Sub-Lieutenants on the Supplementary List en-
tered after 7th March, 1913, receive Full Pay at the rates
provided for Officers of those ranks in the Royal Navy
together with Mess Allowance at 2s. and Is. a day respectively
in accordance with Note above.
