THE BOARD OF TRADE JOURUAL.
ESTABLISHED IN 1886.
This Journal provides a vehicle for conveying to the Public
full information as to Tariff changes, Customs Regulations, and
Decisions as to the interpretation of Customs Tariffs in Foreign
Countries, and in the Colonial and other possessions of the United
Kingdom, information which is of considerable importance to
British Merchants and Exporters. It also contains particulars of the
Trade movements in Foreign Countries and the Colonies, of
which the Government obtain knowledge through His Majesty's
Representatives abroad, Colonial Governors, or Agents, or through
documents in their possession. Certain periodical Statistical Returns,
which are otherwise only issued in a scattered form, are also published
in the Journal.
