This Hospital was founded by Sister Agnes in December, 1899, and is for British Officers of the Royal Navy,
Army, Indian Army and Royal Air Force on the Active List.
No charge is made for maintenance or nursing, but Officers are responsible for the payment of their physicians,
surgeons and treatment. There is no honorary Medical Staff. Patients may be treated by any Physician or
Surgeon on the Staff of a London Hospital.
Officers on the Retired List, who were on Active Service during the War, can be admitted if there is a vacancy
and the case is suitable, on payment of 5s. a day.
Officers wishing to be adinitted, or requiring further information, should call at the Hospital or write to
Sister Agnes.
Officers are asked to subscribe 10s. or more, annually. Subscriptions may be sent either by units or
individually, to Lloyds Bank, Ltd., Pall Mall, S.W.I, or to Sister Agnes, 17, Grosvenor Crescent, S.W.l, from whom
Bankers' orders can be obtained.
Subscriptions and donations are also invited from anyone interested in the Hospital.
NOTE :— For the period of the War the hospital has moved to the following address : —

Special arrangements for the treatment of Officers have been made in connexion with the Queen Alexandra
Military Hospital, London.
In addition to certain wards which are reserved for Officers, there is accommodation for eight Officers in a self-
contained wing consisting of eight private rooms with a dining room and lounge.
Applications for admission should be made through the usual channel to the Head-Quarters of the Command in
which the Officer is serving.
Cases of emergency and Officers on leave from abroad may apply direct to the Officer Commanding, Queen
Alexandra Military Hospital, Millbank, London, S.W.l.

ROYAL MARINES, ARMY (INCLUDING THE TERRITORIAL ARMY) AND AIR FORCE.
TERMS:— 4/6 to 61- per day.
Massage. All forms of Electricity. Ultra- Violet Rays. Infra
Red Rays. Special Dieting. Grounds 400 acres (approx.).
Golf Course in the Grounds. Hard Tennis Court. Bowling
Green. Badminton. Sailing, Sea-Bathing, etc.
Officers on the Active List are eligible to travel by rail a
Government Expense.
Private Hostel in Grounds of Osborne House for
relatives of patients.
