MEMORASDUM.
The ntimerons alterations necessitated by the terms of Army Order No. 35 of 1st
January, 1915, under which provision is made as to the manner in which officers
holding temporary commissions in the Army, and, during the present embodiment,
officers of the Special Reserve and Territorial Force, shall take rank with officers of
the Regular Army, have not been made in this issue. They will, however, be
carried out in due course.
