storming of Bergen-op-Zoom. Present at Quatre Bras and Waterloo.
8 Colonel Knollys was present at the Sortie from Bayonne, on which occasion Sir Henry Sullivan and
ten officers of the Guards were killed or died of their wounds.
9 Colonel Digby served with the expedition to Walqheren in 1809, and subsequently in the Peninsula,
including the siege of Ciudad Rodrigo, retreat from Burgos, battle of Vittoria, affairs at Tarbes and
d’Oleron, battles of Orthes and Toulouse.
10 Colonel Hornby served the campaigns of 1810, 11, 12, and 13, in the Peninsula, including the block¬
ading of Cadiz in 1810] battle of Vittoria and sieges of Ciudad Rodrigo, Badajoz, and San Sebastian.
