verely wounded: Medal), and
1st Oct. (severely wounded),
1836 ; 10th, 12th (wounded),
I4rh, 15ih, and I6ih March:
storm and captureof Iron 16th
and 17th May (Medal), 1837.
He served with the 32nd
before Mooltan during all the
operations from Sept. 1843 till
the surrender of the Fortress,
22 Jan. 1849, after which he
was present at the battle of
Goojerat (wounded).
7 Lieut. Colls served with
the 39th in the battle of Ma-
harajpore, and lias received
the bronze star.
8 Lieut. Rudman served with the
62nd in the campaign on the Sutlej
(medal;, includ. the battles of Ferozeshah & Sobraon.
II Paymaster Moore served the campaign of 1814 in
Holland, including the action at Merxem, and bom¬
bardment ot Antwerp. Prevent at Waterloo.
HI Lt. Bassano w'as present w ilh the 3vnd throughout
the siege operations before Mooltan, including the auc-
cesslul attack of the outposts, Sept. 12 1848, action of
Soorujkoond Nov. 7th (in command of a company),
assault and capture of the city of Mooitan, 2nd Jan.
1849, and surrender of the citadel, 22nd Jan. : com¬
manded a comp, at the subsequent battle of Goojeiat.
11 Lt. McCabe served the campaign

1‘ Sir John Buchan was actively employed in the M ysore war, and was present at the battle of Malluvelly
and assault of Seringapatam. In 180U and 1810 he w as employed wilh the Flunk Companies of his regiment
(tlie old 94th), in the operations against the Southern Poligura; on which occasion lie relinquished a staff
situatiun to join his company in the held. Subsequently to tills lie held ditterent detached commands in
Ceylon during the Kandian war. In 1810 he held a command at the attack .,nu capture of Guadeloupe.
Served afterwards in the Peninsula with the Portuguese army, from 1811 to the enu ol the war, including
the battle of Vittnna, Pyrenees, Nivelle, Nive, Orthes, and Toulouse. Sir John lias re eived a medal for
Seringapatam; Ihe gold cross and one clasp for Guadaloupe, Vittoria, Pyrenees, Nivelle, and Nive ■ and the
silver War Medal with two clasps for Onhes and Toulouse.
2 Lieut.-Col.Markliam served in the suppression of the Insurrection in Canada, and was severely wounded
23 Nov. 1837. He served as a Brigadier throughout the Punjaub campaign in 1848-9, including the whole
of the siege operations against Moultan and the battle of Goojerat.
3 Lieut.-Col. Brooke served the Punjaub campaign of 1848-9, and commanded the 32nd at the siege operations against
