ed in the right shoulder at tho
battle of Albuhera. Served also
in America in 1814 & 15.
7 Captain Rose commanded
a section of the Forlorn Hope
at the storming of the Arum-
booly lines in Travancore, East
Indies, 10th Feb. 09. Present
in the engagement of Nagra
Coil : nd Kotar, and at the
Forts of Palanavarum and
Served also at the capture of
Bourbon and the Isle of France, in 1810, and
of Java in 1811.

1 General Vincent served in the West Indies, and was at the taking of St. Domingo. He served in the ex¬
pedition to the Helder, and subsequently in the expedition to Copenhagen, under Sir Hyde Parker.
2 Colonel Monins served at Waterloo on the 18th June, with the 52nd Light Infantry, and with the army
of occupation in France.
3 Major Brookes served in the Peninsula from July, 1811, to the end of the war, including the following
battles, sieges, &c., viz.: Badajoz, Salamanca, Burgos, Palentia, Osma, Vittoria, San Sebastian, Aug. and Sept.
1813, Santa Clara (wounded), Bidassoa (wounded), Nivelle, Nive, 9th, 10th (wounded), and 11th Dec. and
blockade of Bayonne. Proceeded to North America with the force that embarked from Bourdeaux, and
served there until the termination of the American war.
4 Major Hill served in the Burmese War, including the actions of Prome and Tandwayn.
5 Captain Pigot served in Holland, Belgium, and France, from Dec. 1813 to Jan. 181B, including both
actions at Merxom, and bombardment of the French fleet at Antwerp. Severely wounded in the head in tho
action of the 10th June at Quatre Bras.
