the end of the war,
including the bat¬
tles of Talavera,
Busaco, and Puentes d’Onor ; siege
of Badajoz, April 1812 ; battle of
Salamanca ; capture of Madrid ; bat¬
tles of Vittoria, Orthes, Tarbes, and
Toulouse } wounded in the right leg
by a rifle ball in crossing tho Mon-
dego.near Coimbray, 1st Oct. 1810; re¬
ceived a severe sabre cut on the head
(skull fractured), and another on the
left hand at Puentes d’Onor, 5th May,
1811 : served also at the siege and
capture of Bhurtpore.
5 Colonel M‘Dowell served at the
siege and capture of Bhurtpore.
6 Major Lowe was wounded at
Bhurtpore.
7 Capt. Pearson served at the siege
of Bhurtpore, and was a volunteer
for the dismounted cavalry storming
party.
8 Capt. Hilton served at the cap¬
ture of the Isle of France in 1810 ;
the campaigns of 1817 and 18 in the
Deccan ; and the siege and assault of
Bhurtpore.
9 Lieut. Havelock served at Bhurtpore.
10 Lieut. Webster served at Waterloo on the 17th and
18th June ; also at the siege and capture of Bhurtpore ;
received a sabre cut on the right hand in an affair with
the enemy in front of Ehurtpore, 10th Dec. 1825.
11 Paymaster Williams served the campaign of 1799
in Holland ; served also at the siege and capture of
Bhurtpore in 1825 and 6.
12 Dr. White served with the expedition to Naples in
1809, and was present at the capture of Ischia and Pro-
cida ; served also the campaigns of 1813 and 14 in the
Peninsula, and was present at the sortie from Bayonne.
