49 Doctor Knight served at Walcheren, in 1809.
50 Doctor Maclagan served at Walcheren, in 1809. Also in the Peninsula from Dec. 1811
to the end of that war in 1814.
51 Doctor Morewood served at Walcheren, in 1809 ; in the Peninsula, in 1812 ; and in the
American war, in 1813.
52 Doctor Robson served in the Peninsula from Dec. 1811 to the end of that war in 1814.
53 Dr. Sibbald served in the Peninsula during the campaigns of 1813 and 14, including
the battles of Orthes and Toulouse. Served subsequently at New Orleans.
54 Doctor Walker served at Walcheren, in 1809. Served also, with the exception of a
few months, throughout the whole of the Peninsular war.
55 Mr. Amiel served with the expedition to Quiberon Bay, Isle Dieu, Portugal, &c.
Served also several campaigns in the Peninsula.
56 Doctor Andrew Anderson served in Naples and Calabria, and was present at the battle
of Maida, and siege of Scylla Castle. Expedition to Walcheren and siege of Flushing, 1809.
Peiuiisula, from Dec. 1809 to Nov. 1813, including the defence of Cadiz, battles of Busaco,
Fuentes d'Onor, and Salamanca ; siege of Burgos Castle, and actions in the Pyrenees.
57 Doctor Annesley served at the siege and capture of Santa Maura, in March 1810 ; siege
and capture of Trieste, Oct. 1813. Also against the Viceroy of Italy under General Nugent
and Colonel Robertson in 1813, and was at the taking of Comachio, Ferrara, Ravenna, Bo¬
logna, and Genoa.
58 Mr. Batt served with the expedition to Hanover, in 1805 ; the campaigns in the Pen¬
insula iu 1808 and 9, including the battle of Vimiera, retreat to Corunna, passage of the
Douro, and battle of Talavera. Expedition to VVrdcheren, 1809. Peninsular campaigns of
1811 and 12, including the advance in pursuit of Massena, and battles of Fuentes d'Onor and
Salamanca.
59 Mr. Bourchier served in the Peninsula from 1809 to 1814, including the siege of Oli-
ventja, battle of Busaco, action of Campo Mayor, battle of Albuhera (wounded in the right
foot), siege of Badajoz in 1812, retreat from Burgos, and the various operations of the 2nd
division under the command of Lord Hill.
60 Mr. Byrtt's services :—Expedition to South America under General Whitelock ; cam¬
paign in the Peninsula from July 1808 to Jan. 1809, including the battle of Vimiera. Expe¬
dition to Walcheren ; Peninsular campaigns from Dec. 1812 to the end of that war in 1814,
including the battles of Orthes and Toulouse.
61 Mr. Colclougb served in the Mnhratta war from Aug. 1812 to Dec. 1813 ; the Kan-
dian campaign of 1815, including the capture of Kandy in the island of Ceylon. Deccan
campaigns of 1818 and 19, including the storm and capture of Capaul Droog.
62 Mr. Cunningham served the campaigns of 1813 and 14 in Upper Canada under Sir
Gordon Drummond.
63 Mr. D. O. Davies served in the Peninsula from June 1810 to the end of that war in
1814, including the sieges of Cadiz and Tarifa, battles of Barrosa, Vittoria, Pyrenees, Nivelle,
and Nive ; actions at St. Palais, Aire, and Tarbes ; battles of Orthes, and Toulouse. Served
also at the attack on New Orleans.
64 Mr. Este served the Egyptian campaign of 1801, including the actions of the 8th
(slightly wounded), 13th, and 21st March, and siege of Alexandria. Served also in the Pen¬
insula from Oct. 1812 to the end of that war in 1814, including the battles of Vittoria, Pam-
peluna, Orthes, and Toulouse. Medal for services in Egypt.
65 Mr. Goodrich served in the Peninsula from May 1812 to the end of that war in 1814.
66 Mr. M. Griffiths served in the Peninsula from Jan. 1810 to the end of that war in 1814,
including the battles of Busaco and Fuentes d'Onor, siege and assault of Ciudad Rodrigo,
siege and assault of Badajoz, battles of Salamanca, Vittoria, Pyrenees, Nivelle, Nive,
and Orthes, action at Vic Bigorre (wounded), and battle of Toulouse. Served also in India,
Arabia, and the Burmese empire, from May, 1818, including sieges of Asserghur, Ras-el-
Kyma, and Zaia, siege and assault of Dwarka, affair of Beni-Boo Ali, assault of a fortress on
the banks of the Pegu river, assault of Syrian Pagoda, siege of Donabew, and battle near
Prome.
67 Mr. Arthur Hamilton served in the Peninsula from 1809 to the end of that war in 1814,
including the capture of Oporto, battle of Busaco, first siege of Badajoz, battle of Albuhera,
action at Aroya de Molino, battle of Vittoria, action before Bayonne, 13th Dec, and battle
of Toulouse.
68 Mr. Harrison served in the Walcheren Expedition, 1809 ; at Cadiz and in the Penin¬
sula in 1811, 12, and 13 ; expedition to Holland, 1814; Netherlands and France from 1814,
till 1818. Present at the assault of Seville, bombardment of Antwerp, storming of Bergen-
op-Zoom, battles of Quatre Bras and Waterloo, and taking of Peronne.
69 Doctor Hodson served in Egypt, in 1801.
69* Mr. Rogers served in the Peninsula from January 1813 to the end of that war
in 1814, including the action at Moralles, battles of Vittoria, Pyrenees, Orthes, and Toulouse.
70* Dr. Jeyes served in the Peninsula from Jan. 1813 to the end of the war, including
the affair at Blorales, battles of Vittoria, Pyrenees, Orthes, and Toulouse. Present at
Waterloo.
