Served in the Peninsula from March
1810 to the end of the war, including
the battle of Biisaco, siege of Al¬
meida, battle of Fuentes <rOnor,
storming the Forts at and battle
of Salamanca (severely wounded
through the thigh), siege of IJurgos,
action of Cabrgon, battle of V'tforia,
blockade of Pampeluna, battles of
the ryrences, Nivelle, Nive, Orthes
and Toulouse, besides many otlier
minor actions and skirmishes,
6 Major Pasley served at the siege
of llattras in 1817, and siege of
Asseerghur in 1819.
8 Capt. Mac Andrew served in the Peninsula and
France, in the 27th regt. including the battles of the
Pyrenees, Nivelle, Orthcs, and Toulouse, besides va¬
rious aOairs of outposts, &c.
10 Paymaster Ware served in the Burmese war.
11 Dr. French served in the Peninsula from May,
I8l:i, to the end of the war, including the battles of
Salamanca and Vittoria, siege of San Sebastian, and
battle of the Nive. Served in the American war at
Rladensburg, Washington, Baltimore, and New
Orleans.

1 Sir Gordon Druramond served in Holland in 1794, and 95, and was present in Mmeguen during the siege, and at the
Bortie i embarked from Minorca in 1800, on the expedition to Egypt, and was present in the engagements of the 13th and 2lrft
March ; in the battle of Rhamania, and at the surrender of Grand Cairo and Alexandria, Sir Goidon commanded in th«
action near the Kails of Niagara, where he was severely wounded.
U Colonel Bartley served with the Regt. during the American war in 1812, 13, and 14, and was present at Fort Erie when
attacked 28th Nov. 1812, on which occasion " the enemy was gallantly opposed by Lieut. Bartley, who commanded a detachment
of 3j men, and prevented for a considerable time the landing of a force more than ten times his number, and did not relinquish
the contest until his party, reduced to 17 effective men, was threatened by a strong detachment of the enemy, who had landed
on his flank, when he made good his retreat, and joined the main body." lie was also preseut at tite battles of Fort Oeorae,
8toncy Creek, Chrystler's Farm (severely wounded), and Platsburg.
