tion to the Soudan in 1884, and was
present in the engagements at El Teb
and Teinai (two Clasps); also served
in the Soudan campaign in i8S?

Captain Tompkins served in the
Kafir war in 1877-78 inchnhng the
operations against the Galekas; also
served in the Zulu war in 1879, and
was present in the engagement at
Ulundi( Medal with Clasp).
'" Lieut. Norris served with the
Burmese Expedition in 1887-88 (men¬
tioned in despatches. Medal with
Clasp).
