2 Colonel Salusbury served in the SutleJ
campaign of 1845-46 and was severely
wounded at the battle of Ferozeshah
(Medal;. Burmese war of 1852-53, includ-
g3 ing the recapture of Pegu on 21st Nov.,
relief of its garrison on I4th Uec, and
operations in the vicinity (MedalJ. Sup¬
pression of the Indian Mutiny, and was
present at the storm and capture of Luck-
now, slightly wounded (Brevet of Major,
Medal with Clasp). Commanded the llilst
Fusiliers in Ihe Indian N.W. fiontier wnr
of 18G3 with the EuzoIza> e field force and
was present at the aitack and capture of
the Crag Picquet, the Conical Hill, and
Umbeyla(CB.).
3 Major Brown served throughout the
Sutlej campaign of l8'15-4(j, including the
battles of Fernzesliah and Sobraon (Meda
and Clasp). Burmese war of 1852-63, in¬
cluding the recapture of I'egu on 21st Nov.,
relief of its garrison on l4th Dec, and operations in the
vicinity (Medal). Suppression of the Indian Mutiny,
including the battle of Budleekeserai, siege ot Delhi and
assault of the Eedgate; wounded in live places, in one
dangerously (Brevet of Major, Medal niih Clasp).
Served in the Indian N.W. frontier war of 18H3 and was
present at the attack and capture of the Conical Hill
and Umbeyla.
4 Major Lambert served in the Sutlej campaign in
1846, and was present at the battle of Sobraon (Medal).
Burmese war of 1862-63, including the relief of the garri¬
son of Pegu on 14th Dec, operations in the vicinity,
storm and recapture of Belin (Medal). Served in the
Indian N.W. frontier war of 1863 and was piesent at
the attack and capture ot the Crag Picquet, the Conical
Hill, and Umbeyla.

1 sir Abraham Roberts served the campaign of 180.') under Lord Lake and crossed the Sutlej with the army in pursuit of
Holkar and Ameer Khan. On service in Bundlecund in 1806 and continually employed against Pindarees and marauders.
Acted as Brigade Major at the sieges of Komona and Gunnowrie in 1807. Nepaul war of 1814-15, present at the storm of
the fort of Kalunga (War Medal),commanded the 13th N. I. in the action of Morle ke Tehee, and was staff to a Brigade
successfully engaged at Birla ke Tebee capturing tlie chief with many others and completely routing the enemy. Com¬
manded a Brigade throughout the campaign of 1838-39 in Affghanistan, including the storm and capture of Gbuznee
(Medal, CB., and 2nd Class Dooranee Order).
6 Captain Parsons served in the Burmese war of 1852-63, including the storm and recapture of Pegu on 21st Nov.,
relief of its garrison on 14lh Dec. 62, and operations in the vicinity. Was attached to the 64th regt. at the defence of
Cawnpore under General Windham In Nov. 1857, and was dangerously wounded (Medal). Served in the Indian N.W.
frontier war of I8G3 and was present at the attack and capture of the Crag Piequet, the Conical Hill, and Umbeyla.
7 Captain Clarke served throughout the Indian Mutiny campaign with a light field battery, and was present at the
actions of Agra (horse shot) and Allyghur—severely wounded (Medal). Served as Aide de Camp to General Showers
throughout the operations in the Cossea and Jyntca Hill—mentioned in dispatches. Served in the Indian N.W. frontier
war of 1863 and was present at the storm and capture of the Crag Picquet.
8 Major Delafosse served in the Indian N.W. frontier war of 1883 and was present at the attack and capture of the
Crag Picquet, the Conical Hill, and Umbeyla.
9 Captain Le Champion served throughout the Sutlej campaign of 1845-46 (Medall. Was present at the siege and
capture of Kote Kangra. Suppression of the Indian Mutiny, and present at the outbreak at Meerut (wounded in the leg
while reconnoitering), battle of Budleekeserai, siege and capture of Delhi, including affairi of the 9tb, 12th (hone
wounded), 15th and 23rd June (Medalwith Clasp).
