fi Captain Cuming served throughout the Eastern campaign of 1854-55, including the battles of Alma and Balaklava,
siege and fall of Sebastopol, assaults of Ihe 18th June and 8th September, expedition to Kertch and Venikale (Medal and
three Clasps, 5th Class of the Medjidie, and Turkish Medal).
7 Captain I'ercival served the Eastern campaign of 1854-55, including the battles of Alma and Balaklava, siege of Sebas-
lopul, assault of the 18th June, expedition to Kertch and Yenikale (Medal and three Clasps, and Turkish Medal). Served
in the Indian campaign of 18o8-5y, including the siege and capture of Lueknow (Medal and Clasp).
8 Capt. Leith served the Eastern campaign of 1854-55, including the battle of Balaklava, siege and fall of Sebastopol,
assaults of 18th June and 8th Sept., and expedition to Kertch and Yenikale (Medal and two Clasps, 5th Class of the Med¬
jidie, and Turkish Medal). Served in the Indian campaign of 1858-5'.!, including the siege and capture of Lucknoiv (Medal
and Clasp).
U Captains BI'Donald, Allen, M'Xair, and McMurdo, served at the siege and fall of Sebastopol from July 1855,
and assault of 8th Sept. (Medal and Clasp, and Turkish Medal). Served aleo in the Indian campaign of 1858-50, including
the siege and capture of Lucknow (Medal and Clasp).
10 Captains Everett, Clay, and M'Causland served in the Indian campaign of 1858-59, including the siege and capture
of Lucknow (Medal and Clasp).
12 Captain Cant served the Eastern campaign of 1854-.55, including the battles of Alma (carried the Regimental Color)
and Balaklava, siege of Sebastopol, and assault of l8th June (Medal and three Clasps, and Turkish Medal). Served in
the Indian campaign of 1858-5y, including the siege and capture of Lucknow (Medal and Clasp).
13 Captain Neil Campbell served at the siege of Sebastopol from July 1855 (Medal and Clasp, and Turkish Medal). Served
in the Indian campaign of 1858-59, including the siege and capture of Luckuow (Medal and Clasp).
14 Lieut. Holmes commanded a Troop of the 7th Hussars attached to Horse Artillery under Captain Otlay, sent on (ith
Dec. 18Ca for the relief of Fort Shubkudder. The force being benighted and without guides, Lieut. Holmes vobmleered
to gallop forward and ascertain the entrance to tlie fort, which duty he effected, exposed between two tires, and was
reported "as being instrumental in saving a great deal of inconvenience and danger to the party entering." Served in
command of a Troop of the 7th Hussars comprising part of the Doaba Field Force employed against Native Tribes on the
N.W. frontier of India in Nov. and IJee. 1863 and Jan. 181)4, and was present at the action of Shubkudder (horse wounded).
Had the honor of being called to the front on parade and thanked by the Commander in Chief, Sir Hugh Rose, for his
services in the field (mentioned in dispatches, and noted for the Brevet of Major).

& Captain Wilkinson served with the 80th in the Burmese war of 18.52-5.% and was present at the capture of Martaban,
operations before Rangoon on the 12th, 13th, and 14th April, and capture of the Great Dagon Pagoda with the storming
party; and he was severely wounded when in command of the detachment 80th Hegt., at the assault and capture of
Myatton's stronghold on the I'Jlh March 1858 (Jfedal).
10 Captain Tyler served with the Buffs at the siege and fall of Sebaitopol from !8th Aug. 1855 (Medal and Clasp and
Turkish Medal). Also in the campaign of ISfiO in China, including the battle of Sinho and taking of the Taku Forts
(Medal with Clasp).
11 Captain Craufurd served in Burmah in 1853 (Medal). Also in the campaign in Oudc in 1858-59, including the capture
of Simree fort and defence of Poorwah (Medal).
14 Lieut. Mortimer served in Burmah in 1853 (Medal). Also in the Indian campaign in 1858-59 and was present with
the Camel Corps,at the capture of Calpee (Medal and Clasp).
15 Lieut. Trevor served in the Indian campaign of 1858-59 fMedall,
J7 Lieut. Beaumont served as Aide de Camp to General Turner during tne operations in Bhootan in 1865-66.
