' Lt.Colonel lirocklehurst served with the Royal Horse Guards in the Egyiitian war of 18S2, and was present in
tho engagcmentH at El Jlaufar and Mahsama, in the two actions at Kassasin, and at the battle of Tel-el-Kebir
(Medal with Clasp, and Khediye's Star). Served with the Nile Expedition in 1S84-85 in charge 01 the Remount
Dejiot (mentioned in despatches, Brevet of Major, Clasp).
'- Lord Binning served with the Royal Horse Guards and in command of the Signallers of the Ca%-alry Brigade
in the Egyptian war of 1S82, and was'present in tho action at Ka.-'sasin on tho gth September, at the battle of
Tel-el-Kebir and at the capture of Cairo (Medal with Clasp, and Khedive's Star). Seived in the Nile Expedition
in 1&84-85 with the Heavy Camel Corps in the Desert Column, and was present wt the actions at Abn Klea and El
Gubat, the aifair belore .Metammeh and the attack on the Convoy on 14th February (two Clasps). Served in the
Hazara Expedition in 1SS8 with the River Column, and was present ia the engagement at Kotkai (mentioned iu
despatches. Medal with Clasp).
'•' Sir ,lohn Willoughby served with the Royal Horse Guards in the Eg5'ptian war of 1SS2, and was present in the
action at Kassa.sin on the 9th September and at the battle of Tel-el-Kebir (Medal with Clasp, and Khedive's Star).
