Anglesey.—' Lt Colonel Lewis served with the 5th Dragoon Guards in the Crimean Campaign in 1854-5, including
the battles of Balaklava and Inkerman,battle of the Tchernaya, and siege of Sebastopol (Medal with three Clasps,
Turkish War Medal, and 5th Class of the Medjidie).
Cork.—' Lieut. Jones served in the operations against Sekukuni in 1878; also in the latter part of the Kafir
war of 1878. Served in the Frontier Light Horse throughout the Zulu war of 1S79, and Wifs present in the engage¬
ments at the Zlobane Mountain, Kambula, and Ulundi (Medal with Clasp),
Cornwall.—' Lt.Colonel Champion served in the Eastern campaign of 1854-55, including the battle of Inkerman,
Biege and fall of Sebastopol, in the Trenches with the siege train, and at the bombardments of April and i6th
and 17th June—wounded (Medal with two Clasps, Brevet Major, Sardinian and Turkish Medals, and 5th Class of
the Medjidie).
Devon.—' Lt.Colonel Dowell was in action with the Russian batteries on Hangoe-head, 22nd May 1854. Served
with the Baltic expedition in 1855, and was engaged with the enemy on the i8th June; present at the destruction of
a fort and barracks, and the shelling an encampment on the 23rd June; destruction of thirty vessels in the
Bay of Werolax on 30th June; landing at Lovisa, and burning the Government houses, &c., on 5th July; shelling a
Cossack encampmen on loth July; destruction of a Cossack barrack, &c., 12th July; action with a steamer gun^
