_ ' Sir Henrv Wilkinson served with the 95th Regiment in the Indian campaign of 185S, and was present at the
siege and capture of Awah, siege, assault and capture of Kotah, battle of Kotakeserai, general action resulting :n the
capture of Gwalior, assault and capture of Rowa, siege and capture of Pouree, battle of Beejapore, and affair of
Koondry (Medal with Clasp). Served in the Afghan war in 1080 in command of the Cavalry Brigade in Southern
Afghanistan, and took part in the march to Candahar with the force under Major General Phayre (mentioned in des-
patches, Medal with Clasp). Served in the Egyptian war of 1882 in command of the Cavalry Brigade of the Indian
Contingent, and was present at the battle of Tel-el-Kebir (twice mentioned in despatches, CB., Medal with Clasp, 2nd
Class of the Medjidie, and Khedive's Star).
4 Lt.Col. Woodwright, Majors Belk, Carew, and Parker-Toulson, Captains Rickards, Grogan and Wyllie
served in the campaign on the North West Frontier of India under Sir William Lockhart in 1897 in the Tirah
Expeditionary Force with the 4th Dragoon Guards (Medal with two Clasps).

engagements of Reitfontein, Lor-Dird's Kop, Elandslaagte, and defence of Ladysmith (mentioned in despatches, Medal

in the Imperial Light Horse — was dangerously wounded at Douglas 1900, severely wounded at Bethlehem 1901, slightly

21 Lieut, and Or. Mr. Diggory served in Egvptian Campaign in 1882 with 4th Dragoon Guards, including actions of
Kassasin and Tel-el-Kebir (Medal with Clasp,' Khedive's bronze Star). Served on North West Frontier of India under
Sir William Lockhart 1897 (Medal with two Clasps). Served in South African war 1900-02 (Queen's Medal with four
Clasps, King's Medal with two Clasps).
