A sealed tin with tear-off opener. Specially made for sending
by Parcel Post to the Expeditionary Force. Each box
wrapped separately in tissue paper in accordance with
Post Office requirements.

Special Case containing 7 gross boxes i.e. — One Box of
Matches for each man in a Battalion to any unit of the

They were initially created by Lieutenant-General George Hart (1808-1878). |
