The Union Badge of Great Britain (1707) in centre, viz., the Red and White Roses conjoined and the Thistle issuant
from the same stalk all proper, ensigned with the Imperial Crown. Motto, " Unita Fortior " ; in base the Sphinx
superscribed " Egypt " ; in the dexter canton the Union.
