By the means of John, Earl of Bradalbin, Highlanders
who swear allegiance before 1 January next will be pardoned.
All in arms before 1 June last will be restored to fame and
blood, as if each had pardon under Great Seal. They are to
swear and sign Oath of Allegiance before 1 January. Lists
to be sent by sheriffs to Privy Council before 10 January.

Cites Act 30 of 1 Parl. of Chas. I. Clan Mogreigour to
find caution for their good behaviour. This they have
not done, but live by thieving, sorning, robbing, and
depredations. All heretors, &c., who have any of the said
clan on their ground to give true lists of their names and
qualities to the Privy Council before first Thursday of
November next, and find sufficient surety that all good
subjects shall be free from depredations by the said name
and clan, or be proceeded against as resetters, &c., of thieves.
These to be proclaimed at Edinburgh and head burghs of
Perth, Stirling, Clackmannan, Angus, Mernes, Bamf,
Inverness, Elgin, Torres, Cromertie, Dunbarton, Argile,
and Stewartries of Strathern, Monteith, and Lenox, published
and printed.

to attend the General Assembly, 26 Nov. is appointed a day
of solemn thanksgiving for the reduction of Ireland. These
to be read in all churches, &c., the Lord's day preceding.

ries of Kirkcudbright, Annandale, and Orknay, and printed
and published.

the lists of persons who have taken the benefit of the in¬

persons before whom the oath was taken, before 25 Jan.
