No. 1605, q.v., 16 Sept. 1712, No. 1619, q.v., are to be
punctually observed. Pratique masters to be appointed at
Cork and all other quarantine ports. Infected ships to put
to sea and not remain in quarantine. The boats of quaran¬
tine ships to be sunk. Pratique master to certify quarantine.

John Butler, Lieut, in Lord Gallmoy's regiment, enlisted
William and Michael Lehy to serve the Pretender, saying
he had enlisted fourteen others. £200 reward will be paid
for his apprehension. All officers in ports to prevent him
leaving. No one is to enter the service of any foreign state.
£50 reward and a pardon for any person enlisting troops
for the Pretender.

Cites proclamation 19 Nov. 1711, No. 1607, q.v., recalling
all licences granted previously, owing to the destruction of
the books and papers in the Council Office by fire. The
licences were to be given up with their arms before 1 Jan.
when new licences would be granted. 134 persons are
licensed. Magistrates, &c., are to seize all arms not in the
list and give account to the Council. Informers to have
half fine and forfeiture.
