take their trial. £50 reward will be paid by Co. Cork for
David Barry alias Snavee and John Kelly, or either of
them, and £50 reward extra will be paid by government
for these two, and £10 for any other of the tories pro¬
claimed. Pardon to any of them in addition to reward
except to David Barry or John Kelly—notorious murderers.

before to the constable of the number of horses and cars
they require. Horses to be paid for 1 d. per mile. None to
be pressed for more than 10 miles or one day. Quarters
and hire to be paid for on the spot. Violence to be punished
severely. This to be proclaimed and affixed.

No corn or grain is to be exported from Londonderry, Bel¬
fast, Carrickfergus, Coleraine, Strangford, or Donaghadee
from 19 January to Michaelmas next [29 Sept.]. Customs
officers not to permit corn to be shipped. Mayors, &c., to
assist them, and to enforce the laws against forestalling,
regrating, and engrossing in the counties of Londonderry,
Down, and Antrim.
