The popish pretended parish priest of any parish where
tories are out on their keeping, and the wives, fathers,
mothers, brothers, and sons are to be kept in the common
gaol of the county until the said tories, &c. are arrested, or
the parties discharged by process of law. Sheriffs to
execute this. All officers to arrest tories and robbers.
