In view of invasion commissions of array have been
sent to each county. All Koman Catholick men of Ireland
from 16 to 60 are to arm, and be ready to assemble on
notice. All subjects are to remove ten miles inland with
their horses, cattle, provisions, &c., on the appearance of
the enemy. No court of claims will be held at present,
and the commissioners for the Act of Eepeal will not sit.
