Richard, Duke of Tyrconnel, seized several serviceable
horses which have been detained by his officers for private
use. They are to be given up at once. All persons whose
horses have been taken from them are to send lists to the
governor of their county or the sheriff. Reward of 2s. in
the pound to other persons giving information as to horses.

Copper and brass sixpenny pieces have been coined, with
a legend Jacobus II Dei Gratia on one side, on the other,
cross sceptres and crown with J.R. and VI and a legend
Mag. Brit. Franc. 4' IHber. Bex. 1689, and fringed round.
These to pass current in all payments but customs and
excise, trust money, debts of record, &c. Merchants not
obliged to receive it in payment for imported goods. The
money will be redeemed in full.
