The late riotous assemblies resemble high treason,
especially in seizing strong places, arms, and ammunition.
All persons are to withdraw themselves from them on
promise of pardon. Thieves and robbers are to be brought
to justice. Future offenders will be prosecuted.

As the Prince of Orange is about to invade this kingdom,
and several persons have gone north, armed, to join the
rebels there, all persons (living in Dublin, the liberties of
St. Thomas Court, and St. Sepulchre) with arms, fire-arms,
swords, and bagganets, and serviceable horses, &c., are to
deliver them up at their parish church doors. Any one
found with arms must run the risks of the ill consequences
of the disorders of the soldiers. The swords of persons of
quality and gentlemen are excepted.
