Any arms lately seized may be restored, (1) on certificat
of taking the blessed Sacrament of the Communion within
the last six months, (2) or on special application to the
L. Lieutenant. The Lords Presidents of Munster and
Connaught, and the Governors of Counties in Leinster and
Ulster are to see the former rules enforced. In case of
concealed arms not given up by 10 September they are to
be confiscated. Lists are to be made of all persons to whom
arms have been restored.

By Patent 16 Jan. 12 Chas. II [1660-1] Sir William Clark
and Gilbert Mabbot and the survivor have the office of
granting licences for retail of wines and spirits in Ireland.
Any one who sells wine or spirits between 1 May 1661
and 1 May 1664 will be punished. Farmers who have
received money for licences to pay it over to these agents
by 31 October. The lawful interest of Viscount Massereene
and Baron Kingston to be regarded.

Certain persons, wickedly pretending authority, have
stolen children to sell them in foreign parts. The Mayors
of Dublin and all other cities to arrest such persons and
present them at the Assizes for trial. All ships and barques
are to be searched for such offenders and such children.

adventurers were ordered to lodge their surveys in forty
days. On address 9 Sept. signed Ei. Eaynsford, Edward
Dering, Thomas Beverley, Edward Smith, A. Brodrick,
Edward Cooke, W. Churchill, the time is extended to
17 November next.
