The late inquisitions and surveys of lands in Munster
escheated by the attainder of the Earl of Desmond and his
confederates has been made an occasion, it is complained, to
seize on other lands not forfeited. Some complaints have
been rectified, and the Commissioners shall hear any others
and examine titles. The Queen will do equal justice to all
without favour.
