determined under authority of the Order in Council of
the 23rd January i860.

apprehension of the persons who murdered J. A. Jackson,

the "Towns Improvement Act" of 1854.

for the volunteer force in England.
27 July. By the Privy Coutieil. The provisions of the
"Summary Proceedings on Bills of Exchange Act " of
1855 not to apply to County Court actions for amounts
under ten shillings.

ot the Order in Council of the 9th Januarv 1863, "for
preventing collisions at sea" to vessels belonging to
Spain, Brazil, Hamburgh, Lubeck, Bremen, Morocco, the
Equator, Uruguay, Peru, Hayti, Russia and Sweden.
