1855 not to apply to County Court actions for amounts
under ten shillings.

ot the Order in Council of the 9th Januarv 1863, "for
preventing collisions at sea" to vessels belonging to
Spain, Brazil, Hamburgh, Lubeck, Bremen, Morocco, the
