ment to the 20th October.
8 September. By the Deputy Clerk of the Croian for
Ireland. For the election of a Temporal Representative
Peer of Ireland in place of Baron Dufferin and Claneboy
(deceased).
21 September. By the Privy Council. Declaring that
adequate and satisfactory provision has been made in the
Virgin Islands for carrying into effect the Act "for
the abolition of slavery."
5 October. By tlie Privy Council. Parliament further
prorogued from the 20th October to the 8th December.

county and archdeaconry of Berks from the Diocese of
Salisbury to the Diocese of Oxford.

county and archdeaconry of Dorset from the Diocese
of Bristol to the Diocese of Salisbury.

lishing rules and regulations for limiting the time within
which appeals may be made against the awards of

apothecaries and others to compound, distil, etc.,
according to the new " Pharmacopoeia Collegii Regalis
Medicorum Londinensis."
26 October. By the Privy Council. The Port of
George, Bermudas, to be a free warehousing port.

30 November. For dispelling and rectifying any doubts
and delays arising out of the misapprehension of the
Proclamations of the 19th March 1834, and of the 3rd
February 1836, with reference to the distribution of prize
money proceeding from captured vessels.

copies of the Letters Patent granted to John Howard
Ryan for his invention of " a new mode of preserving
certain vegetable substances from decay," to be taken in
the Colonies as valid and effectual to all intents and
purposes.

22 December. By the Privy Council. That Bethnal
Green, the City of London, Westminster, and Hamp-
stead, be additional polling places for the county of
Middlesex.
22 December. By the Privy Council. That Farnham,
Godalming, Epsom, and Chobham, be additional polling
places for the Western Division of Surrey.
22 December. By the Privy Council. That Burton-on-
Trent, and Uttoxeter, be additional polling places for
the county of Stafford.

alterations and reductions proposed by the Trinity House,
with regard to buoyage and beaconage dues payable by
coasting and other vessels in various parts of England.

parish of West Bromwich, Staffs., into ecclesiastical

parish of Great Cranford into ecclesiastical districts.

distinct parishes.

Bishops of Durham with a fixed annual payment towards
the augmentation of the incomes of the Bishops of the
smaller Sees ; and for endowing the Bishopric of Ripon.

the Archdeaconry of Coventry from the Diocese of
Lichfield and Coventry to the Diocese of Worcester,
and for altering the name of the former Bishopric to
that of Lichfield.
22 December. By the Lord Lieutenant and Council of
Ireland. Directing under the Act 6 and 7 William IV.,
cap. 75, sec. 59, two general Sessions of the Peace to be
holden in each year for the division of Armagh.

Ireland. Vox altering the divisions of co. Mayo, and
appointing additional Sessions to be holden in Ballina,
Swinford, and Bellmullet.

Ireland. Substituting the town of Glenties for the town
of Killybegg in the divisions of Donegal, and directing
two additional Sessions to be held there.

two districts therein, namely, Tralee and Listowel, and
