legislative relief, or the "Anti-Union Association."

the new Parliament.
5 November. By the Privy Coimcil. Revoking the
Orders of the 21st July 1823, the 27th July 1826, and
the i6th July 1827, so far as regards the United States,
and for opening up a direct trade between the said
States and our West Indian Colonies.
23 November. For the apprehension of the persons
who assembled in a riotous manner in the counties of
Wilts., Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hants., and Berks., and
for the discovery and conviction of certain incendiaries
in the same counties. ;^50 reward for the former, and
;^500 for the latter.

13 April. For giving currency to a new gold, silver,
and copper coinage.
22 ApriL His Majesty's Speech proroguing Parliament,
with a view to its immediate dissolution.
23 April. Dissolving the present Parliament, and
calling another to meet on the 14th June.
23 April. Peers of Scotland to meet on the 3rd June,
and elect their sixteen representatives.
23 April. For establishing the rate and directing the
disposal of freight money for the conveyance of specie
and jewels on board his Majesty's ships and vessels.

Declaring the county of Clare and the baronies of
Leitrim, Loughrea, Athenry, Clonmacowen, Longford,
Killconnell, Killyan, Ballymee and Kiltarton, co. Galway,
of Moycarne and Athlone, co. Roscommon, of Upper
and Lower Ormond, co. Tipperary, to be in a state of
disturbance, and to require an extraordinary Establish¬
ment of Police.

of Owney and Arra, co. Tipperary, to be in a state of
disturbance, and to require an extraordinary Establish¬
ment of Police.

That the slave population of our Colonies will forfeit all
claim to our protection if they fail to render entire
submission to the laws, and obedience to their masters.
[This was not proclaimed in the Colonies until the
26th December 1831.]
