additional tonnage duty on all United States vessels
entering any British Port in America or the West Indies.
21 July. By the Privy Council. For exempting Dutch
vessels of less burthen than sixty tons from taking a
pilot on board to conduct them into any British Port.

the 17th July last is to apply only to such vessels as have
come from, or touched at Sierra Leone and Ascension.

Orders of the 17th July, and the 22nd September relating
to quarantine by vessels from Sierra Leone and Ascension.
6 October. By the Lord Lieuteiiant and Council of
Ireland. Continuing the restrictions on the export ot
arms, ammunition, etc., to any port of Africa, except
those in the Straits of Gibraltar.
