Ireland. For discovering and apprehending the persons
concerned in firing at James Burke, Esq., a Magistrate
of CO. Galway.

2 April. By the Lord Provost and Magistrates of t/ie
City of Glasgow, the Sheriff of Lanarkshire, and the
Justices of the Peace for the Lower Ward of the said
County. Declaring their intention of resisting all
attempts to follow up the treasonable objects of the
"Address to the Inhabitants of Great Britain and
Ireland," circulated in Glasgow and elsewhere on the
ist inst., and warning all loyal inhabitants in the event
of a rising to keep within doors. ["Annual Register,"

8 April. For apprehending and bringing to Justice
the authors and printers of a treasonable paper, " An
Address to the Inhabitants of Great Britain and Ireland,"
circulated in Glasgow and other parts of Scotland
during the night of the ist April. ;^500 reward.

whereby the parishes of Naul, Westphalstown, Bally-
madum, Garristown, Hollywood, Ballyboghill, and

were declared to be in a state of disturbance.
