to trade to those parts of the Island of St. Domingo not
in possession of the French, and from which the British
Flag is not excluded.
15 December. His Majesty's Declaration concerning
the late overtures of Russia and France, which- have not
led to negotiation.
21 December. For a general fast in England and
Ireland (8th February), to invoke God's Blessing on our
arms.

tion of goods from Ireland," so far as relates to articles
which are the produce or manufacture of Countries in

of the i6th May 1807, laying an embargo on all Turkish
vessels.

of the River Ems declared in the Order of the 26th April
last, to Eastern and Western Ems.

suspending several Orders in so far as is necessary for
the protection of United States vessels sailing to Dutch
ports.

grant licences for the importation into Newfoundland
of certain provisions from the United States.

hibition to export arms, ammunition, etc., for six months
from the 6th June.
31 May. By the Privy Council. That the suspension
of Orders referred to in the Order of the 24th inst. shall
not apply to the Island of Walcheren.
31 May. By the Privy Council. Confining^ the trade
to and from Heligoland to British vessels navigated
according to law.
31 May. By the Privy Coimcil. Taking off the quaran¬
tine on vessels arriving from Carlskrona, imposed by
the Order of the 29th April last.

roguing Parliament to the loth August.

hibition to export Naval stores, for six months from the

all vessels in the ports of the United Kingdom, except
such as are engaged in victualling the Navy.

Order of the 31st May last, so as to allow merchant
vessels under any Flag (except French) in ballast, to
enter the ports of Heligoland without special licence.

2 August. By the Privy Council. Revoking the general
embargo laid by Order of the 12th July last.
16 August. By the Privy Council. Regulating the
Tonnage Duty on all cattle, lumber, and provisions
imported into, or exported from, the West Indies.
26 August. By the Lord Lieutenant and Council of
Ireland. Restricting the exportation of Naval stores
without licence, except as therein excepted.
