Noble and five others to surrender themselves, for being
concerned in running uncustomed goods in St. Margaret's
Bay on the 24th October last.
15 January. By t/ie Privy Coimcil. Requiring Samuel
Brown and seven others to surrender themselves, for
being concerned in smuggling on the 14th September
last, at Eastbourne.
15 January. By the Privy Council. Requiring John
Rich and fifteen others to surrender themselves, for
being concerned in smuggling on the 12th inst. at
Benacre, Suffolk.
12 February. Modifying the allotment of prizes as
proclaimed on the 19th June, 1740, and the 29th March,
1744.
16 February. By the Lords fustices of Ireland. The
Irish Parliament further prorogued from the 3rd March
to the 25th August.
