22 September. By the Earl Marshal. As to the robes,
mantles, coronets, etc., to be worn by the peers,
peeresses, etc., who are to attend in the proceedings of
their Majesties' Coronation.
29 September. By the Earl Marshal. Peeresses attend¬
ing the Coronation may not set or use any jewels in
their petticoats, nor powder the ermine of the sleeves
of their surcoats, etc., other than directed by my Order
of the 22nd inst.
7 October. By the Earl Marshal. As to the delivery
of tickets for their Majesties' Coronation to persons
entitled to them.
4 November. By the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland. For
proroguing the Irish Parliament.

10 January. For apprehending the persons who stole
five pieces of embroidered hangings from Montague
House. 50 guineas reward.
10 January. By the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland. For
discovering and apprehending the persons who broke
into the house of Rev. Mr. Peter Hickes, of LisdufF,
CO. Tipperary, robbed him, and murdered his son,
William Hickes.

discovering and apprehending the persons who burned
the house of John Dermoddy, of Ballybruffin, co. Kilkenny.

27 January. His Majesty's Speech at the opening of
the first Parliament convened by his authority.
29 January. By the Earl Marshal. That Lords, Privy
Councillors, and officers of his Majesty's household shall
now cause the arms to be painted on their coaches,
chariots, etc., which by the mourning order were
prohibited for six months.
29 February. For the discovery and apprehension of
persons guilty of murder or robbery, in the streets of
London or Westminster, or in any street or highway
within five miles of the same.

forty days, to answer the charge of unlawfully hunting
and killing deer.
4 July. Requiring all v'essels entering into Great
Britain, the Channel Islands or Man from the Isles of
the Archipelagoes, Zant, Corfu, Venizia, Cephalonia,
St. Mauro, or any of the adjacent islands, or from any
of the ports or places in the Morea to perform quarantine.
