1. Medical report or certificate, bearing to be dated Cupar Fife, 29
July 1830, and to be signed Charles Grace, M. D. Michael Mal¬
colm, surgeon.
2. Plan, bearing to be entitled, ‘ Plan of Whinny park, in the parish
‘ of Monimail, and shire of Fife, made by order of the sheriff-
‘ substitute of Fife, per Henry Jackson, July 1830.’
3. A paper or writing, bearing to be dated 1 Whin park, 1 June 1830,’
and to be signed ‘ Jas. Millie,' and to be addressed on the back
‘ Mr Kyd, writer, Cupar.'
