breadth, flanked by
four square buildings.
But being represented
to the council asaplace
which might be made
dangerous to govern¬
ment, the building was
stayed. It remains as
then built, in good pre¬
servation, and contri¬
butes much to the
scenery of the neigh¬
bourhood. I he town
is the property of Sir
MatthewTierney.Bart.
