Light Infantry. Discharged invalided.

Lieutenant, R.G.A., Spec. Res.
Awarded the Military Cross for conspicuous gallantry and devotion to
duty during an enemy attack [on the Piave by the Austrians on 15th
June 1918]. He remained on duty at the guns under heavy shell fire
throughout the action, superintending the working of the guns, and checking
all the targets. His steadiness and courage had a most cheering effect on
his men. (24th September 1918.)

Will, Charles Pullar, 1900, M.C. Captain, 7th The Cameronians.
Major, M.G.C., Infantry.
The Military Cross awarded to Capt. C. P. Will, 7th Bn. Scottish Rifles,
T.F., and 156th Coy. Machine-Gun Corps, 3rd June 1918. For invaluable
work performed by him whilst commanding his company, which he has
maintained throughout in the highest state of fighting efficiency, and which
performed magnificent services during the actions at Gaza, lst-6th November
1917, Burkah, 12th November, and Nebi Samivil, 24th November 1917, and
various minor actions.
Williams, Ronald Douglas, 1906, M.C. Lieut., 5th Spec. Reserve,
attd. 8/9th The Royal Irish Rifles.
Awarded the Military Cross, 3rd June 1918.
Lieutenant Williams acted as Brigade Major for three consecutive
months prior to and including the Cambrai offensive. He showed great
energy and ability and did his work entirely satisfactorily during a very
strenuous period. He previously acted as Brigade Intelligence Officer and
carried out his duties in a most satisfactory manner.
