Scott's Bakery

In mid-19th century the Scott family was one of many specialist bakers in Edinburgh.

They sold a range of baked goods, from loaves of bread to tarts and cakes.

In 1910, the Scott family business amalgamated with Robert Lyon of Leith to form Scott-Lyon. The firm had shops in Edinburgh and Leith, as well as their market stall.
