NOTICE TO BORROWERS.
Be careful of your Ticket. Should you lose it or transfer
it to anyone else, you will be held accountable for any
Books taken out by means of it.
Give immediate intimation of your change of address.
Books are due for return, at latest, at the end of a
Fortnight, on the same day of the week as that on which
they were issued.
At the end of a Fortnight you may extend your term
of a Book if not required by another Borrower.
Books cannot be exchanged on the day of issue.

Readers will be held responsible for any damage a
Book may have sustained while in their possession.
Writing or drawing on any part of a Book with pen or
pencil, or doubling down the leaves, will be treated as
serious damage. The Librarian shall assess the damages
in each case. Readers are requested to give notice of any
defect or disfigurement they find in a Book when they
receive it.
