thefe, the Author, with heart-felt gratitude ac-
knowledges, he "has at length been enabled to
furmount, and hè is now ready to fulfil his engagre-
ments to the Subfcribers, He regrets, however,
that the very uncommon rife on the price of Paper,
(which has beenjnore than doubled fince the Work
was firft propcfed), has reudered an advance of
piice unavoidable.
